These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of this website and to the trailer rental, outdoor storage, and trailer repair services offered by T Ness Rentals ("we," "us," or "our") in Mount Clemens, Michigan. By renting a trailer, storing property with us, requesting a repair, or using this site, you agree to these Terms.
To rent, you must be at least 18 years old (or the minimum age we require at the time of rental), hold a valid driver's license, carry valid auto insurance on your tow vehicle, and use a tow vehicle in safe, working condition that is rated to tow the trailer you rent.
Any rates shown on this site may be preliminary and are subject to confirmation. The rate, rental period, deposit, and any applicable taxes or fees are confirmed with you at the time you reserve. Reservations are not final until confirmed by us.
A refundable security deposit may be required and is confirmed when you book. Your deposit is returned after the trailer is returned on time, in the same condition, with all included equipment, and with no new damage.
You agree to use the trailer lawfully and safely, to secure and properly distribute your load, and to return the trailer on the agreed date and time in the condition you received it. You are responsible for loss of, or damage to, the trailer and its equipment while it is in your possession, and for any towing, tickets, or violations incurred during your rental.
Towing and hauling involve inherent risks. You are responsible for safe operation of your tow vehicle and the trailer. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage to property being hauled, or for injury or loss arising from your use of a rented trailer. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the equipment.
Our storage is open-air outdoor parking. It is not fenced, gated, or attended, and no security is provided. You store your trailer, vehicle, or other property entirely at your own risk. You are responsible for maintaining your own insurance on stored property and for securing it with your own locks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for theft of, damage to, or loss of any property you store on the lot. Storage is billed month to month; either party may end a storage arrangement with reasonable notice, and stored property must be removed by the agreed date.
Repair services are provided through our affiliated auto shop, Keith Evola Service (250 N Rose St, Mount Clemens, MI 48043). We will describe the work we recommend and provide an estimate before performing repairs. Additional work discovered during a repair will be discussed with you before it is performed. Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed.
We try to keep information on this site accurate and current, but content — including rates, availability, and equipment details — may change and may contain errors or omissions. Nothing on this site is a binding offer; rentals, storage, and repairs are subject to confirmation and these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted here is the current one. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.
